OSLO – Aug 21, 2022 – Carbon Circle Holding AS, a subsidiary of GTH, is pleased to announce that a Private Placement has been successfully placed. The Private Placement included an allocation of 168 of new shares for gross proceeds of NOK 16.800.000,-.

Pharos Advisors acted as advisor in connection with the Private Placement.

The net proceeds from the Private Placement will go towards costs related to establishing the organization and SG&A runway for the Company.
